US Business and Industry Council
BA Die Mold is a proud member of the USBIC. The U.S. Business and Industry Council is a national organization of business owners and executives dedicated to making the U.S. domestic economy the world’s leading engine of economic growth. The USBIC Educational Foundation is its research arm. Only a robust national economy, balanced in capabilities and dynamic in operation, can provide the material base for an American society that is stable at home and secure in the world. American Mold Builders Association
The American Mold Builder’s Association (AMBA) is an organization that has been dedicated exclusively to the U.S. Mold Manufacturing industry for over 40 years. BA Die Mold’s founder, Alan Petrucci, was one of the original charter members (member #14) and has served on both the National and the Chicago chapter Board of Directors. Alan has also served as the Chicago Chapter AMBA president more than once and was instrumental in developing strong Chicago member participation in chapter events. Francine Petrucci, has also served as the AMBA Chicago chapter president and founded the Education Committee. The AMBA is governed by volunteering members serving as AMBA Board of Directors and Officers (president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer) and is staffed by full-time employees. AMBA represents over 200 member companies comprised of approximately 9,000 employees and representing just over $2 billion in annual tooling sales. Members span nearly every state across the US with 12 chapter affiliations.
Technology & Manufacturing Association
TMA, Illinois’ Premier Full Service Manufacturing Association, has a rich history. Since its founding in 1925, TMA has been dedicated to helping its member companies prosper and grow through education, advocacy, training, employee benefits, human resources assistance and special events.  BA Die Mold has been a member of the TMA for over 30 years. Alan, BA Die Mold’s founder, served as their Government Relations Committee Chairperson and fought tirelessly at both the State and Federal level for manufacturing friendly policies and policy reform. Our mold making team has received the TMA Safety award for 25 years running – the award is for having no lost days do to workplace injuries. We are very proud of our team and their dedication safe practices in the shop.
Reshoring Initiative
The mission of the Reshoring Initiative is to bring good, well-paying manufacturing jobs back to the United States by assisting companies to more accurately assess their total cost of offshoring, and shift collective thinking from offshoring is cheaper to local reduces the total cost of ownership. Harry Moser is the President and Founder of the Reshoring Initiative and we at BA Die Mold are proud to call him a friend and longtime colleague. BA Die Mold is a proud member of Support Plastics USA. Their Mission: The Support Plastics USA group is dedicated to the support and promotion of the Plastics Industry and our American pride. We are here for mold makers, processors and designers who are in the plastics industry!
